12/15/2023 0 Comments Parkitect guide![]() Given good park management, it will occur long before June, Year 5. This typically occurs when at least three different coasters in the park have been built, but it can occur earlier. Before long, the park will have attracted 500 guests. Over time, build additional flat rides & coasters while maintaining the park's profitability. Once trains become full and lines pile up outside of the coasters, add additional trains to the ride. As guest counts start low, consider limiting the number of trains on the coasters initially, since this'll decrease the maintenance cost of the ride. This'll allow the park to build and sustain at least two large coasters, which will help the park turn a profit. I passed everything except that i didnt have 800 guests by december year 3 (had 700) so thats the only thing i failed so would retryting it and just getting 800 guests by any means get me the second medal, the other 2 optionals are no blueprints or pausing which i did in the first playthrough,so im. Once 250 guests have been attracted, the park is rewarded with an additional $10,000.00. This'll help in the initial steps, allowing for at least one good coaster. Take note of the high amount of starting cash. There are also not many researchable shops, with two out of five shops being drink stalls, meaning very few research cycles will have to be spent on shops. This is easily remedied however by setting initial research to shops. The other issue is that the park starts with no drink option except the pop can from the Vending Machine. Finally, be wary of taking large loans, since the lower profits of rides can result in an inability to pay the interest and, thus, push the park into spiraling debt. Due to the stormy weather, it is highly recommended to roof the shorter flat rides of the park so that they can still operate during the storms. ![]() As well, maintaining guest happiness is harder in this scenario, so do consider hiring entertainers to help keeping guest happiness high. Considering it is harder to attract guests in this scenario, raising the entry price above $40 is not advised. On the other hand, a pay-per-entry option is not viable either, as the guest starting money is at its maximum range between $40-200. This is a strike against the pay-per-ride option, as they'll turn a lower profit than usual due to interruptions. The weather is almost exclusively either cloudy or stormy, meaning that a lot of the time, the park's coasters will not be able to run. Once depots/tubes have been placed, click. Build tubes from the depots to the main delivery area (linked underground) Tubes can also be placed above ground but the connections currently have to be underground so I would advise keeping everything underground so it's all neat and tidy. ![]() In order to find success in Zalgonia, the main challenge to face is how to make the park turn a profit. Place depot within park (preferably close to shops) 3. ![]()
